Benefits of 720p HD video
The 720p HD resolution is ideal for small and medium sized businesses (SMB), where the camera is not covering large spaces (e.g., a main gate or back office). Most SMB owners check video on their phones. There is little difference between 720p and 1080p resolutions when the screen size is small.
1080p cameras are typically more expensive and use more bandwidth than 720p cameras. To optimize bandwidth use, users often reduce the resolution on their 1080p cameras to 720p.
