Alarm.com offers spare battery packs for the ADC-VDB780B, (SKU: ADC-VDBA-780BAT).
Note: The battery will ship with only a 20-30% charge, and should be charged before installation.
It is recommended to verify the ADC-VDB780B is on firmware version 2.4.1.081+ before the replacement. If there is a discrepancy between the firmware of the battery pack and the camera, the device will undergo a firmware update on the initial installation of the new battery.
Important: Remember to remove the blue protective film over the battery pack's connector pins before installation.
