Wire the ADC-VDB770 to a chime
The ADC-VDB770 can be wired to a digital or mechanical chime.
Important: Newer ADC-VDB770s will include a battery-less insert (ADC-VDBA-770BL) instead of an internal battery and heater. The new version will be marked on the packaging and by a new hardware version number HWV0310+.
Digital chime installations will require a battery replacement kit (ADC-VDBA-770BAT). For more information about how to use the battery replacement kit, see Replace the battery for the ADC-VDB770.
