Sensibo Controllers - Integration Guide
Alarm.com now supports the Sensibo Air and Sky Wi-Fi AC controllers. Sensibo customers can enjoy the convenience of remote controlling their air conditioners alongside all of their smart home security products using the mobile app. Sensibo controllers are very easy to self-install and can be quickly and easily added to Alarm.com systems using our in-app wizard. Sensibo Air and Sky work with any air conditioner that has a remote control, including mini splits and window units.
Requirements
- Compatible Sensibo controller (e.g., Sensibo Air and Sensibo Sky AC controllers)
- Current version of the Sensibo app
- Current version of the Alarm.com app
Before integrating
Install the Sensibo controller
Only the Sensibo Air and Sensibo Sky AC controllers are compatible with this integration. Refer to manufacturer-provided installation instructions to complete.
Create the Sensibo customer account
Important notice for Android users: Do not download or install the Sensibo app until after the device has been integrated with Alarm.com.
The Sensibo controller needs to be connected to the home’s Wi-Fi network.
Important: Remember the username and password, which will be needed later in the process.
Integrate the Sensibo account to Alarm.com using the Add Device Portal
To integrate the Sensibo account using the Alarm.com customer website:
- Log in to the Alarm.com customer website.
- Click Settings.
- Click Manage Devices.
- Click Add Device.
- Click Thermostats.
- Click Sensibo controller.
- Click Next.
- Enter the Sensibo login credentials when prompted.
- Accept the terms and conditions and wait for the discovery process to complete.
To integrate the Sensibo account using the Alarm.com app:
- Log in to the Alarm.com app.
- Tap
. - Tap Add Device.
- Tap Thermostats.
- Tap Sensibo controller.
- Tap Next.
- Enter the Sensibo login credentials when prompted.
- Accept the terms and conditions and wait for the discovery process to complete.
Available features
The following features are available for Sensibo controller on the Alarm.com customer website and Alarm.com app:

Frequently asked questions
Can Dry mode be used with Alarm.com?
No. Dry mode is not available with Sensibo integration at this time.
Can fan modes be used with Alarm.com?
No. Fan modes are not available with Sensibo integration at this time.
Does the information from the Sensibo controller update automatically?
No. Ambient Temperature and Humidity, are not updated automatically from the Sensibo cloud, but the information can be pulled by clicking 
on the device card.
How does the temperature display on the Alarm.com app?
Sensibo controllers display temperatures to the nearest whole number in Celsius and Fahrenheit.
Can other Sensibo devices be added after integration?
Yes. See your service provider for assistance with this.
