Incompatible Device

The Incompatible Device trouble condition indicates that a device attached to the current system is not compatible with the current firmware version of either the Security System or the Alarm.com module.

How to resolve:

Update the panel/module's firmware to the required version or remove the incompatible device from the system.

Note: In order to avoid receiving this trouble condition, make sure to cross-check firmware versions of devices that work with Alarm.com and to double-check the Device Directory for compatibility.
