Qolsys IQ Panel features
The following are some unique features of the Qolsys IQ Panel:
- Lithium-ion backup battery lasts up to 24 hrs.
- Weather icon on the home page is capable of displaying a detailed extended (4-day) forecast. For more information, see Enable Weather to Panel on a Qolsys IQ Panel.
- Onboard camera can capture Disarm Photos and record Video Memos for guests or visitors.
- The built-in panel camera can take a Disarm Photo every time someone disarms from the panel, record an Alarm Video for 4 minutes from the time the alarm goes off, and allows the user to record Video Memos from the panel. - Monitor security sensor status in real-time and view system history on the panel.
- Using the panel's SD card slot, users can use the IQ panel as a digital photo frame when in screensaver mode.
- The panel has an SD card slot that allows you to add up to 40 images to the panel. These images can be used for the panel’s screensaver.
- Easy, automatic updates can be downloaded to the panel, and the platform allows for app development and add-ons in the future.
- Supports Text to Speech, multi-language support, and Wi-Fi communication.
- Does not support third-party Android apps or Internet access.
- Network security is a top priority when designing and integrating life-safety devices. Due to this, the IQ Panel does not allow third-party apps to be downloaded or internet/browser access at this time.
