Place the Z-Wave Controller in Add Mode. Enter the master code, followed by a press of [] or the [⚙]. Press [7], followed by [] or the [⚙]. Press [1], followed by [] or the [⚙].
Factory Reset	Caution: Factory resetting this device will remove all user codes including the Master Code. The Master Code will need to be reprogrammed. Remove the battery cover and batteries. Remove the interior escutcheon to access the reset button. The reset button is located beside the PCB cable connector. While pressing the reset button (minimum of 3 seconds) reinstall batteries. Release reset button. Replace battery cover. Upon reset, Master Code creation is the only option PIN available and must be performed prior to any other programming of the lock.
