Compatibility Alert

The Schlage Z-Wave Plus Touchscreen Deadbolt (BE469ZP) is only supported if the model was produced in December 2019 or later with Fw1 version 11.00+. The production date can be found on the bottom of the box's label in the MMDDYY(letter) format, and the Fw1 version can be found in the Z-Wave equipment list under Z-Wave Application Versions.

This lock is compatible with the following Alarm.com-supported security panels: Qolsys, DSC, SEM-Honeywell/ADEMCO Vista, Interlogix, and 2GIG EDGE.

Enrollment Button Location	Remove the lock battery cover. Press the release button. A yellow flashing light indicates enrollment is in progress. A solid green light indicates successful enrollment.

Factory Reset Method	Caution: Default user codes cannot be retrieved by Alarm.com or by Schlage. Factory resets should not be attempted if the default codes are lost. Disconnect the batteries. Press and hold the Outside Schlage Button. While holding the Outside Schlage Button, reconnect the batteries. Release the Outside Schlage Button. To verify that the lock was reset, press the Outside Schlage Button and enter one of the Default User Codes. If the reset was successful, the Default User Codes will unlock the deadbolt.
Handing Process	For a new lock (or after a factory reset), press the Outside Schlage button first to enable the backlight. Enter one of the default user codes into the lock. Note: Default user codes are located on the back of the printed Quick Start Guide and on the back of the inside assembly. It is required to remove the inside assembly to see the label.
