Enroll, delete, or reset a GE Z-Wave Outlet (45605)

The GE Z-Wave Outlet (45605) can be enrolled into or deleted from a Z-Wave network following the instructions below.

To enroll a GE Z-Wave Outlet (45605) into a Z-Wave network:

  1. Place the Z-Wave controller into Add Mode.
  2. Press and release the program button.
  3. Verify that the device shows up on the Alarm.com customer website or Alarm.com app and responds to commands to turn the GE Z-Wave outlet on/off.

To delete and reset a GE Z-Wave Outlet (45605) from a Z-Wave network:

  1. Place the Z-Wave controller into Delete Mode.
  2. Press and release the program button.

Troubleshooting

The Z-Wave device is not enrolling

If the Z-Wave device is unable to be enrolled following the instructions above, see Z-Wave device is not enrolling.

The Z-Wave device is not functioning consistently
