Nice Linear Wi-Fi Garage Door Opener - Troubleshooting Guide
This guide includes troubleshooting steps for situations that may occur with the Nice Linear Wi-Fi Garage Door Opener models (661, LDCO841, LDCO863B, HAE00080).
Trouble beep and flash guides
The following table applies to the models 661, LDCO841, and LDCO863B.

| Four beeps + flashes | Door reverses or will not open or close | Open or close force exceeded | Check for obstruction or binding of garage door. Adjust force factor if necessary. Reset device if necessary. |

Factory reset the Nice Linear device
To factory reset the Nice Linear device:
- Locate the Smart Wi-Fi Wall Station (HAE00080).
- Locate the link button under the cover near the bottom of the wall station.
- Hold the link button down for 45 seconds and release. The LED pattern changes after about 5 seconds but continue to hold the button for a full 45 seconds. There is no LED indication of when to release.
- The LED bar will stay in a red flashing pattern after a successful reset.
