What should be done if the Car Connector (ADC-3035L) obstructs normal driving operation when plugged in?

The Car Connector can be connected to a 1-foot long OBD-II extension cable for installation in a better location in the vehicle. Depending on how the OBD-II port is oriented in the vehicle, either the Left or Right version of the extension cable should be purchased.

Which extension cable should be purchased?

Important: These general recommendations assume the OBD-II port is to the left of the steering wheel. When purchasing an extension cable, purchase one that will not interfere with your ability to safely operate the vehicle.
