Open/close a water valve remotely

With a connected Z-Wave Water Valve, users can open and close the valve manually or based on triggered events (e.g., water sensors reporting flooding) using the Alarm.com app or Alarm.com customer website.

Open/close the water valve

  1. Log in to the Alarm.com app.
  2. On the Home page, tap icn-water-valve-open.svg or Water valve closed in the Water card.
  1. Log in to the Alarm.com customer website.
  2. On the Home page, click water valve open or Water valve closed in the Water card.
