The Radio Off trouble condition indicates the Alarm.com radio has turned itself off to conserve battery when power is down and when the battery is drained. This usually occurs after an extended period of AC power failure.
How to resolve:
Verify the panel or hub is receiving AC power and let the battery recharge.
