The Smoke Sensor Not Reset trouble condition indicates a system smoke sensor was activated, but the condition has not yet cleared from the servers. This trouble condition can be cleared using the Alarm.com customer website.

To remove this trouble condition:
- Log into the Alarm.com customer website.
- On the Home page, click Alerts and Issues.
- In Alerts & Issues, locate Smoke Sensor Must Be Reset (Sensor Name), then click Remove Alert.
