Connect a SolarEdge solar account with Alarm.com
Solar monitoring with SolarEdge integration allows you to use SolarEdge inverters to monitor home solar panel energy production and consumption in the Alarm.com app.
This integration guide is specifically for SolarEdge integration. For customers using Enphase, see Connect an Enphase solar account with Alarm.com.

Connect the SolarEdge solar account to the Alarm.com account
Find your API Key and Site ID in SolarEdge
To find this information, follow the following steps (also included in this YouTube Video):
- Log into the SolarEdge account.
- Click Admin at the top of the screen.
- Click Site Access.
- Click Access Control.
- Scroll down to API Access. Click to agree to the Terms & Conditions. This will generate an API Key.
Important: The key is not valid until you click Save.
- The Site ID can be found just beneath the API Key.
Note: If an error appears when linking the SolarEdge account, use the following troubleshooting steps:
- Generate a new API key.
- Save.
- Input the new API Key value.
Contact your service provider
After finding the API Key and Site ID for your SolarEdge account, contact your service provider and provide the information to complete the integration process.
