Create a User Activity Report

With User Activity Reports, you can gain added visibility into employee access to your Access Control doors. Compare expected in-office days against real employee activity to get an enhanced line of sight into workforce trends and make more informed business decisions.

Create a User Activity Report

User Activity Reports can be created using the Alarm.com customer website or Alarm.com app.

  1. Log in to the Alarm.com app.
  2. If applicable, select the desired Enterprise location or group.
  3. Tap More.
  4. Tap Reports.
  5. Tap Add.
  6. Tap User Activity Report.
  7. Configure the report.
  8. Using the Attachments dropdown menu, select the desired report attachment type.
  9. In Recipients, tap Select recipients to select existing recipients, or tap Create Recipient to create a new one.
  10. Tap Save.
  1. Log in to the Alarm.com customer website.
  2. If applicable, select the desired Enterprise location or group.
  3. Click Activity.
  4. Click Reports.
  5. Click Add.
  6. Click User Activity Report.
  7. Configure the report.
  8. Using the Attachments dropdown menu, select the desired report attachment type.
  9. In Recipients, click Select recipients to select existing recipients, or click Create Recipient to create a new one.
  10. Click Save.
