Create/edit a disarming supervision notification

A disarming supervision notification can notify users if the system has not been disarmed by a certain time.

Disarming supervision notifications can be created/edited using the Alarm.com app or Alarm.com customer website.

Log in to the Alarm.com app.
Tap .
Tap Notifications.
Tap .
To edit the notification, tap to select the disarming supervision notification.
If the notification has not been created:
1. Tap .
2. Tap to expand Create Your Own.
3. Tap Disarming Supervision.
Name the notification.
In Send an Arming Reminder if the system is NOT Disarmed, select either:
- At a specific time to enter the desired time.
- When selected people cross a Geo-Fence to select the users and whether to notify when they enter or exit. Additionally, select which Geo-Fence should be the trigger and the times the rule should be in effect.
In When the system has not been disarmed by, select the desired time.
In On the selected days, select either At all times or Only during the following times to choose when the rule should be in effect.
In Recipients, tap Add.
In Address Book, tap on the recipient you would like to receive the notification.
Tap Close.
Verify the notification is configured with the correct settings.
Tap Save.

Log in to the Alarm.com customer website.
Click Notifications.
To edit the notification, click for the disarming supervision notification.
If the notification has not been created:
1. Click New Notification.
2. Click Disarming Supervision.
Name the notification rule.
In Send an Arming Reminder if the system is NOT disarmed, select either:
- At a specific time to select a specific time the system should be disarmed by.
- When selected people cross a Geo-Fence to select the users and whether to notify when they enter or exit. Additionally, select which Geo-Fence should be the trigger and the times the rule should be in effect.
In On the selected days, select either At all times or Only during the following times to choose when the rule should be in effect.
In Recipients, click Add to select who will receive this notification.
Click the entries in the Address Book that are to be notified, or click New to add a new Address Book entry.
Click Close.
Verify the notification is configured with the correct settings.
Click Save.
