Video monitoring and proactive crime prevention with RVM Console
Use your customers’ video cameras for concierge monitoring and round-the-clock proactive defense. When a person or vehicle is detected on a customer’s property, the event is flagged for monitoring station operators. They can then assess the situation and respond proactively using the RVM Console.

Keep watch round the clock
Custom recording rules alert monitoring stations to non-alarm events instantly. Clips include footage captured 15 minutes before and after the event and are accessible in the RVM Console for 24 hours.
Deter would-be intruders
Using Live View, operators can engage would-be intruders with Two-Way Talkdown* and Manually Triggered Warning Sounds and can escalate to dispatch if needed.
Take action on-site
With Property Actions, operators can respond to events by unlocking doors and turning on lights to guide first responders or deter further unwanted behavior.
Protect customer privacy
RVM Services can be enabled on a camera-by-camera basis. Operators can only access clips from enrolled cameras; any actions the operator takes from the RVM Console are shown in the customer’s activity feed. Customers can modify camera access anytime.
