How many Z-Wave devices can be controlled on Customer Website and app?
All compatible interactive Z-Wave devices (e.g., locks, lights, thermostats, garage, etc.) properly enrolled into the system appear on the Alarm.com Alarm.com customer website and Alarm.com app to be controlled. Z-Wave device types that are not interactive (e.g., Z-Wave repeaters, sirens, etc.) do not appear on the Alarm.com customer website or Alarm.com app.
All compatible Z-Wave lights can be controlled using the Alarm.com customer website and app, but light status is enabled for only the first 10 light devices.

If a Z-Wave device does not appear on the Alarm.com customer website or Alarm.com app:
- Verify the device's Type in the equipment list shows a Z-Wave type that is interactive (e.g., Lights, Locks, Garage, etc.). For information about viewing the Z-Wave equipment list, see Request an update on the Z-Wave equipment list.
The following is an example of how a Z-Wave light and lock should appear in the Z-Wave equipment list:
