What are Wellness Behaviors?
Wellness behaviors allow the customer to see the trends of the activity being monitored in the home. This would allow the customer to see patterns and quickly discern if something is wrong.
To view the Wellness page:
- Log in to the customer account.
- Click Activity.
- Click Wellness.
The option to choose between Activity or Behavior views becomes available after the customer has selected their Wellness display preferences during the initial setup.

Behaviors view
To change to the Behaviors view, use the Select a View dropdown menu and select View Behaviors.

In addition to the activities view, Alarm.com will keep track of events over time and create averages that are displayed on the Behaviors page. These averages allow us to compare the activity of a single day with a standard activity pattern. If the customer's behavior falls outside of the average, it will be noted in yellow or red on this chart. This will help to identify variations in sleep, movement or restroom visits that could indicate a decline in customer health.
Trends view
To change to the Trends view, use the Select a View dropdown menu and select View Trends.

The trends view allows you to see the typical high and low points throughout the day for each sensor. This allows you to see what is normal activity and what might be abnormal activity.
