Export panel slot numbers
The panel slot numbers report is a downloadable .csv file that shows all users associated with a system or a group of systems using the Alarm.com customer website or Alarm.com app. This is useful for keeping personal records of users within a system or a group of systems.
Export panel slot numbers for a single system
To export panel slot numbers for a single system using the Alarm.com customer website:
- Log in to the Alarm.com customer website.
- If using an enterprise login, select the single system to export its slot numbers.
- Click Settings.
- Click Account Management.
- Click User Slot Management.
- Click Export.
To export panel slot numbers for a single system using the Alarm.com app:
- Log in to the Alarm.com app.
- If using an enterprise login, select the single system to export its slot numbers.
- Tap
. - Tap Account Management.
- Tap User Slot Management.
- Tap Export.
To export panel slot numbers for an Enterprise group:
- Log in to the Alarm.com customer website.
- Select the desired group from the locations dropdown menu.
- Click Users.
- Click to expand Actions.
- Click Export Panel Slot Numbers.
To export panel slot numbers for an Access Control system:
Important: The following steps apply to accounts that have Access Plan User Management enabled in the service package.
- Log in to the Alarm.com customer website.
- Select the desired group from the locations dropdown menu.
- Click User Access.
- Click Users.
- Click to expand More.
- Click Export Panel Slot Numbers.
