Pause panel trouble beeps using the Customer app
Alarm.com customers can use the Pause Panel Trouble Beeps feature to temporarily turn off their panel trouble beeps using the Alarm.com app, offering the following benefits:
- Customers can control whether their security panel beeps, enhancing overall satisfaction.
- Panel maintenance is easier because you can schedule a truck roll when it is most convenient without the customer worrying about continuous panel beeps.
- Customers can continue to view all System Trouble Conditions in the Alarm.com app.
After seven days of being paused, trouble beeps are automatically re-enabled so the customer can be alerted to any new or unresolved trouble conditions. Trouble beeps can also be manually re-enabled at any time within those seven days.
