Which browser versions does Alarm.com support?

In order to adhere to current security protocols and policies, the Alarm.com customer website is optimized for the most current browser and device software versions available. It is recommended to use the most current versions of device software and browsers (i.e., Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Edge) to ensure maximum browser security.

Legacy browser versions are typically supported, with some exceptions noted below. 

Note: Internet Explorer, Edge Legacy, and Safari (version 10 and below) are no longer supported, which may impact the Alarm.com customer website functionality. It is recommended to use any of the following browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari (version 10.1+), or Edge Chromium.

  • iPod Touch with iOS version 17.0+
  • Apple Watch with watchOS 10.0+

  • Amazon FireTV, Google TV, and Android TV with OS 8.0+
