When does the weather forecast appear on the Customer Website?
The weather forecast only appears on the Alarm.com customer website if there are no video devices on the customer account. If the customer's account includes video devices, the weather forecast on the Welcome card is replaced by video clips. What appears on the Welcome card cannot be changed.

Collapse the Welcome card
To hide Today's Activity or saved video clips on the Home page, the customer can click 
on the Welcome card to collapse the section. The system saves the selection for the user's login. For example, if the user selects to collapse the Welcome card, it stays collapsed when the user logs out and logs back in to view the system.
Note: Other user logins are not affected by another user's selection.
