Change system settings using the Customer app
Subscribers can use the Alarm.com app to manage panel settings such as System Volume and Chime Settings. These are settings the master code has access to edit in panel programming.
To change the settings using the Alarm.com app:
- Log in to the Alarm.com app.
- Tap Security System.
- Tap
. - Tap the setting to be edited.
- Tap the desired value.
- Tap Save.
