Cannot enable Alarm.com Places notifications

If a customer notification is paused and cannot be turned back on, the notification may be relying on a Geo-Device trigger for a device that has Location Services disabled. Location Services for the Geo-Device specified in the notification must be enabled in order to enable the notification.
