Can third-party cameras communicate to third-party servers while also using a CSVR?

Cameras connected downstream from the CSVR (i.e., connected to the CSVR's built-in PoE ports or dedicated camera port) are unable to communicate with third-party servers.

Cameras connected upstream from the CSVR (i.e., not directly connected to the CSVR's camera subnet but are on the same local network as the CSVR) are not limited by Alarm.com.
