Stream SVR recordings using the SVR Timeline with Smart View
Alarm.com Stream Video Recorders (SVRs) have a remote interface on the Alarm.com customer website or Alarm.com app. Users can stream playback from specific times, adjust playback speed, see important sensor activity, and save/download clips.

The ADC-SVR122, ADC-SVR210, ADC-CSVR126, and CSVR20XXP/CSVR21XXP Pro Series devices can also play video back locally. For more information about using the Stream Video Recorders' local interfaces, see Play back video locally to a TV.
View SVR recordings

Note: By default, the SVR Timeline will automatically display footage starting from 30 minutes prior to when it is accessed.
To view SVR recordings using the Alarm.com customer website:
- Log in to the Alarm.com customer website.
- Click Video.
- Click SVR Timeline.
- Using the Select Camera Group dropdown, select a camera group if desired.
- Click
to stream recordings.

Note: For Third-Party Cameras and Pro Series Alarm.com Cameras, the SVR Timeline on the Alarm.com customer website displays a darker shade when the camera observes a significant amount of motion via pixel change as shown in the following image:

- Click
to turn on the sound volume if audio is available for a recording.
Note: The option to turn on sound will only appear if a single camera is selected for viewing and the recording contains audio. If a camera group is selected for viewing, users will not be able to turn on audio for any of the recordings.
To view SVR recordings using the Alarm.com app:
- Log in to the Alarm.com app.
- Tap Video.
- Tap Live.
- Tap
on the desired camera to view SVR/CSVR/Onboard Recording footage.

- Tap
to turn on the sound volume if audio is available for the recording.
Playback controls
Playback controls using the Alarm.com customer website:
Basic controls
play footage.
skip forward 30 seconds.
skip backward 30 seconds.
- 1x refers to the currently selected playback speed.
choose a specific playback date.

Timeline scale controls
- HOUR and DAY buttons are available to adjust the timeline scale using the Alarm.com customer website.
skip ahead by the current timeline scale.
skip back by the current timeline scale.

skip forward 15 seconds.
skip backward 15 seconds.
- 1x refers to the currently selected playback speed.*

- Pinch the timeline to zoom in or expand the range of the displayed timeline.
- Tap a marker on the Smart View Timeline to jump to that point in time.
