Can the SVR Timeline be viewed if the SVR does not have an internet connection?

No. The SVR Timeline is not accessible if the Stream Video Recorder (SVR) does not have a connection to the internet (i.e., no WAN, or Wide Area Network). However, as long as the local IP addresses of the SVR and any connected cameras do not change, the SVR continues to record video and retains all of its local functionality during an internet outage.
