Can one SkyBell Doorbell Camera operate two chimes?

No. SkyBell Doorbell Cameras can only operate a single chime. This includes situations where the SkyBell Doorbell Camera is wired to one chime, and that chime is wired to a second chime (i.e., daisy-chained chimes).
