Two-Way Audio and Continuous Live View for the customer website
Alarm.com customers can now see, hear, and speak with visitors in real-time right from their web browsers. With Two-Way Audio now available on the Alarm.com customer website, customers can enjoy continuous streaming for uninterrupted, live conversation with pitch-perfect audio. Access Two-Way Audio on any compatible camera through the Live View feed on the Alarm.com customer website.

Access Two-Way Audio and Live View
Customers can use Two-Way Audio and Live View using the Alarm.com customer website and Alarm.com app. For more information about Two-Way Audio, see Two-Way Audio Installation and User Guide.

Verify the following first:
- The Audio for non-doorbell cameras add-on is enabled.
- The customer has accepted the Audio recording Agreement.
- The browser is updated to the most recent version.
If the user cannot hear incoming audio
- Verify that the media volume on the mobile device is not muted and the sound is turned up.
- Test other applications for audio functionality.
- Download a clip to see if both voices are audible.
If there is no sound coming from the camera itself
- Verify that the browser has access to the playback device's (e.g., laptop, desktop computer, etc.) microphone. Alternatively, try using another browser.
Additional troubleshooting
- Test lowering the resolution and quality to minimize bandwidth usage. For information about adjusting the resolution, see Adjust the live image quality of a camera.
