Do Video features work with any IP camera or webcam?

No. Only Alarm.com IP cameras are supported. However, many analog cameras can be used in conjunction with an Alarm.com Video Server.

Alarm.com Video Servers receive an analog camera signal and convert it into a digital form that supports all of the features of an Alarm.com IP camera. For more information about using analog cameras, see Video Server and analog camera installation guide.
