Factory reset the 20XXP and 21XXP series CSVRs to default settings

Important: Wait at least two minutes for the video device to power on fully before performing the following procedure. The factory reset might fail if the device is still powering on.

Reset procedure	Reset button location
Caution: Resetting the device to factory defaults may cause a loss of recorded video footage. Press and hold the [Reset] button until the status LED starts blinking red intermittently, about 15 seconds. Wait for the device to reboot. Important: For 20XXP series CSVRs, verify that the device is on OS version 002.004.004.034.014.025+.	The [Reset] button is a pinhole button that is located and labeled on the back of the device, next to the fan vent.
