Configure the local display password for the 20XXP and 21XXP series CSVRs

The 20XXP and 21XXP Pro Series CSVRs are unable to disable the local display password, but it can be configured using the Alarm.com customer website.

Configure the local display password

Using the Alarm.com customer website:
  1. Log in to the Alarm.com customer website.
  2. Click Video.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Select the desired SVR.
  5. In Device Management, click Local Display.
  6. In Local Device Password, enter the updated password.
  7. Click Save.
