Overview

Alarm.com Commercial Video is a powerful, easy-to-use solution for commercial properties that integrates with the Alarm.com for Business platform. As part of the platform, recorded video is automatically tagged with important events, like a door being accessed or an alarm activation. This allows you to quickly jump to footage of the event using the Alarm.com mobile app or website—anytime, anywhere.

The CSVR2016P Pro Series Commercial SVR is a cloud-managed storage solution for 24/7 local video recording. Continuously record up to 16 camera streams at up to 4MP resolution when using Alarm.com Pro Series cameras. The CSVR2016P offers a built-in 16-port PoE switch to power and connect Alarm.com PoE cameras.

Note: The Alarm.com Pro Series CSVR is compliant with Section 889 of the NDAA and is not produced by any entity identified on the FCC’s Covered List.

What DHCP range do Alarm.com Stream Video Recorders use?

The ADC-SVR210, ADC-CSVR20XXP Pro Series, and ADC-CSVR21XXP Pro Series devices automatically create their own DHCP range as shown in the table below. Devices that are connected downstream from the Stream Video Recorder will be automatically assigned an IP address within that network (e.g., 192.168.51.X for the ADC-CSVR2000P).

Note: The ADC-SVR100, ADC-SVR122, and ADC-CSVR126 do not create their own DHCP range for device management.
