Why is motion for the ADC-VDB780B unavailable on the Notifications page?

The ADC-VDB780B uses its Video Analytics rule to send motion notifications. Because the notification is sent directly from the rule, the motion option on the Notifications page is disabled for the ADC-VDB780B.
