How are cameras connected to the ADC-VS420 counted on the account?

The ADC-VS420 itself does not count as a camera. Each channel that has a camera connected to it counts as one camera.  

Example: If an ADC-VS420 has a total of 3 cameras connected to it, it counts as three cameras.
