Thermostat auto mode is not displaying on the Customer Website or app

Rarely, the auto mode setting for a thermostat may not appear on the Alarm.com customer website or Alarm.com app.  

If auto mode does not display on the Alarm.com customer website or Alarm.com app:

  1. Verify the thermostat model supports auto mode, as well as the module/security panel.
  2. Remove the thermostat from the Z-Wave network and re-enroll into the network.
  3. If removing and re-adding does not resolve the issue, factory reset the thermostat after deletion and before re-enrollment.
