Remove a customer from the Pro HVAC Monitoring program
Customers can opt into the Pro HVAC Monitoring program to help quickly HVAC system issues. They can also be unenrolled in the program a few different ways.
Unenroll a customer from the Pro HVAC Monitoring program
To opt out using the Alarm.com customer website:
- Log in to the Alarm.com customer website.
- In the Thermostats card, click
. - Click Pro HVAC Monitoring.
- Click Settings.
- Click the Enable Pro HVAC Monitoring toggle to opt out of the program.
