What notifications are available with Alarm.com Temperature Sensors?

Important: The customer's service package must have a thermostat add-on in order to access Temperature Sensor notifications.

With the Remote Temperature Sensor (RTS), users can receive notifications for Temperature Alerts and System Event alerts when the device is in malfunction or has a low battery.

Temperature Alert notifications

Temperature Alert notifications allow the user to be notified when the temperature on the RTS is detected to be above or below a specified temperature.

Note: There is no limit to the number of Temperature Sensors that can generate Temperature Alert notifications. If any PG9905 Wireless PowerG Temperature Detectors are enrolled to the account, only the first two can be selected when creating this notification.
