Change the temperature display on the Smart Thermostat to Celsius or Fahrenheit

The Smart Thermostat (Smart Thermostat HD, ADC-T2000, and ADC-T3000) displays temperature based on the system's account settings set on the Alarm.com customer website, Alarm.com app, or locally at the thermostat (when using the Smart Thermostat HD or ADC-T3000). 

Note: Changing the temperature display using the Alarm.com customer website or Alarm.com app will change the temperature units displayed on the the Smart Thermostat display,  Alarm.com customer website and Alarm.com app. 

Change the temperature display

  1. Log in to the Alarm.com customer website.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Account Management.
  4. Click System Information.
  5. Using the Temperature Units dropdown menu, select either Celsius or Fahrenheit.
  6. Click Update. The displayed temperature on the thermostat updates shortly after this is complete. 
  1. Log in to the Alarm.com app.
  2. Tap Menu.
  3. Tap Account Management.
  4. Tap System Information.
  5. Using the Temperature Units dropdown menu, select either Celsius or Fahrenheit.
  6. Tap Update. The displayed temperature on the thermostat updates shortly after this is complete. 

Note: The temperature display can only be changed locally on the Smart Thermostat HD and ADC-T3000. To change the temperature display on the ADC-T2000, see the steps above.

Smart Thermostat HD
  1. Tap the display to wake up the thermostat.
  2. Tap Menu to access the settings menu.
  3. In Menu, tap User Settings.
  4. In User Settings, tap Temperature Units.
  5. Tap to select the desired temperature units.
  6. Tap Save.
ADC-T3000
  1. Press the Minus button on the ADC-T3000.
  2. Select SETTINGS.
  3. Select USER.
  4. Select F/C.
  5. Select F or C.
