Alarm.com Cell Connector (ADC-NK-200T-A-CC) for Gunshot Detection
Previously available for integrations with Alarm.com Access Control, the Alarm.com Cell Connector (ADC-NK-200T-A-CC) is now available for integration with Shooter Detection Systems (SDS) Powered by Alarm.com.
The Alarm.com Cell Connector (ADC-NK-200T-A-CC) offers a secondary communication path for gunshot sensors to relay live gunfire events to the Alarm.com cloud. If there is an internet loss, live gunshot detection events will still be forwarded over the reliable 4G LTE cell network to the monitoring station.
Features
- Connects to the Alarm.com cloud using Verizon 4G LTE
- The Alarm.com Cell Connector for Gunshot Detection is required for Alarm.com SDS gunshot sensor system.
- Works with all Alarm.com for Business Gunshot Detection service plans via standalone package or add-on
- Offers dual path communication redundancy for gunshot detection installations (cellular and broadband communication)
- Alarm.com Cell Connector connects to the same LAN (recommended via PoE switch) as the gunshot sensors enrolled to the account
- Up to 50 gunshot sensors can be installed to an Alarm.com account with gunshot detection and an Alarm.com Cell Connector.
Restrictions
- It can only be used with one Alarm.com for Business product at a time (e.g., gunshot detection OR Access Control). If a customer has both Alarm.com Gunshot Detection and Alarm.com Access Control on their system, they will need one Cell Connector for Gunshot Detection and one or more Cell Connectors for Access Control.
Connect a Gunshot Sensor to the Cell Connector
