The Video Device Low Temperature Cutoff trouble condition occurs when the camera’s internal battery temperature is -15° Celsius (5° Fahrenheit) or lower.
How to resolve:
The device is reporting low temperatures and may enter a low-temperature protection mode. In this mode, the device will not be functional. The device will automatically exit this mode when the environmental temperature rises.
