Video Analytics rule not configured
The video device requires at least one Video Analytics rule in order to record clips. This notice can appear for accounts that have both a service package that includes Video Analytics and a Video Analytics-capable video device.
Note: A video device is not Video Analytics capable until Video Analytics compatible firmware has been downloaded to the device.
How to resolve:
- Configure at least one Video Analyticsrule for each video device on the account.
