Unsupported Panel Customer Value

The customer value at the 2GIG Vario panel needs to be set to 0UL for the system to function properly with Alarm.com.   

How to resolve

Alarm.com only works properly with the Vario panel with the Customer set to 0UL.

Important: Set the Customer to 0UL before going through the automatic bus install process since changing the customer resets all devices configured through the automatic bus install process.

  1. While in Programming, navigate to System -> Settings -> Customer -> 0UL
  2. While in Programming, navigate to Install -> Bus Device -> Automatic and follow the instructions to auto-add all bus devices to the system
  3. Exit Programming and save the settings

The Alarm.com Dual-Path LTE Module will automatically configure all other necessary panel settings needed for proper communication.

Note: The Follow Zone reporting setting is not supported. Please ensure reporting setting is set to At Disarm or OBT.
