SVR Hard Drive Issue

The SVR Hard Drive Issue trouble condition indicates that the SVR is unable to record to one or more of its hard drives.

How to resolve:

To verify the hard drive issue type:
  1. Log into the Alarm.com customer website.
  2. Click Video.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Select the affected SVR.
  5. In Drive Management, click Drive Care and look for any notices related to the SVR at the top of the page.
