SVR Hard Drive Issue
The SVR Hard Drive Issue trouble condition indicates that the SVR is unable to record to one or more of its hard drives.
How to resolve:
To verify the hard drive issue type:
- Log into the Alarm.com customer website.
- Click Video.
- Click Settings.
- Select the affected SVR.
- In Drive Management, click Drive Care and look for any notices related to the SVR at the top of the page.
