Onboard Recording - Recording Schedule Not Set Up

The Onboard Recording - Recording Schedule Not Set Up trouble condition indicates that there is an SD card detected with no recording schedules set up, so the camera is currently not recording to the SD card.

Create a recording rule for the camera to record to the SD card to utilize continuous recording.

Review SD card information

To verify the SD card was properly inserted, the SD card information can be reviewed using the Alarm.com app and Alarm.com customer website.

  1. Log in to the Alarm.com app.
  2. Tap Video.
  3. Tap Configure on the top right of the screen.
  4. Tap SD Card Info.
  5. Tap to select the desired device.
  6. In Status, review the information to verify the SD card was inserted properly and the card was detected by the device.

  1. Log in to the Alarm.com customer website.
  2. Click Video.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Select the desired device.
  5. Click Video.
  6. Click SD Card Info.
  7. In Status, review the information to verify the SD card was inserted properly and the card was detected by the device.
