Invalid Primary Email Address

The Invalid Primary Email Address trouble condition indicates the email messages sent to the customer's primary email address were undeliverable, so email notifications have been paused.

How to resolve:

  1. Verify the customer's primary email address is correct.
  2. Have the customer add the From address for notifications to their email service's safe sender list.
