Incompatible Device trouble condition - Remote Temperature Sensor
The Incompatible Device trouble condition appears when a Remote Temperature Sensor is connected to a panel on an incompatible firmware version.
Example: An example of the trouble condition that appears reads, Your panel does not support Remote Temperature Sensors. Please upgrade to version 1.13 to enable functionality.
How to resolve:

- Make the required adjustment.
- Some panels/modules can be upgraded remotely. For more information about remotely upgrading, see Remotely upgrade panel firmware.

Example: A module with firmware version 177 would need to be replaced if it requires a module with firmware 183. - If the panel is not compatible, the Remote Temperature Sensor should be removed or the panel must be replaced with a compatible system.
