Incompatible Account - HAVEN Lockdown
The HAVEN Lockdown is not compatible with Residential accounts. When the device is enrolled to a Residential account, the Incompatible Account trouble condition will appear.
Important: While this trouble condition is active, the HAVEN Lockdown cannot be controlled using the Alarm.com customer website or Alarm.com app.
How to resolve:
To clear the trouble condition and restore full functionality to the device, change the customer account from a Residential to a Commercial or Commercial Plus account.
